Orders sent to an address outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. Deliveries are made in collaboration with postal services and their partners. Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. The personal data provided by the customer should be as clear and accurate as possible to ensure that the delivery is made on time.
In the event that the User/Customer believes the delivery is delayed to the point of no longer wishing to receive it, the customer is responsible for its cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be required to accept it.

In the case we are unable to process the cancellation immediately, as the package has already been shipped, we will contact our carrier to request the return of the package to our warehouse. We will only be able to process the cancellation once we receive the package at the warehouse.

The warranty for watches sold by OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA is valid for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase. After the warranty period expires, all repairs will be subject to a service charge.
If the product is returned during the warranty period, OURTIME – RELÓGIOS E ACESSÓRIOS, LDA will repair or replace any defective watch or part at no additional cost within a reasonable period of time after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to shipping costs for the product.
